Do you suffer from performing anxiety? Does your speaking voice tire out easily? Would you like a more expressive voice? The same principles underlie both the singing voice and the speaking voice. A more relaxed body produces a more confident and convincing sound. Singers may benefit from doing exercises through speaking, and speakers through singing. Together, we will explore approaches that feel natural to you and help you trust both your voice and stage presence in challenging situations.

Have you been told to stop singing because you were off-key? Do you hesitate to open your mouth because of bad experiences? You're not alone. Many people carry similar experiences for years before they decide to explore singing in a supportive and respectful environment. Singing lessons can be a way to reconnect with your voice at your own pace — without pressure or unrealistic expectations. As a teacher, I don't judge singers by their level of experience. Beginners and advanced singers are equally welcome.

Would you like to take your singing to the next level? Whatever your genre, we build technique and expression so that your voice carries from heart to heart. I have coached singers in pop, rock, rap, dance music and gospel. My special expertise lies in Baroque vocal style and coloratura technique. During lessons you'll have access to a sound system and microphone. Each year I organize several student concerts where you can perform in a safe and supportive environment.

Are you longing for a moment to pause and breathe? Do you feel the need for more balance in a performance-driven everyday life? You are welcome to singing lessons even without specific musical goals. Singing has well-documented benefits for both mental and physical wellbeing. When the breath becomes freer, it supports the nervous system and brings ease to both body and mind. Lessons can offer a genuine breathing space in the midst of a busy life — permission to slow down, be present, and explore your voice at your own pace.

Voice Impro is a low-threshold, joy-driven safe space where you can gently stretch beyond your comfort zone. If you feel frustrated by technical voice training and performance pressure, Voice Impro offers a refreshing alternative. No singing skills required. No mastery of musical styles needed. Alongside free, spontaneous expression, you'll strengthen trust in your own creativity and the power of authentic self-expression. The most magical moments? When the group begins to resonate as one instrument, intuitively playing in perfect harmony.

Rather than shaping voices according to fixed ideals, I aim to help each singer find a way of using their voice that feels authentic and sustainable. Questions of vocal wellbeing and expressive freedom are central to my teaching.
Many students describe the lessons as strengthening and supportive — sometimes even therapeutic, although they are not therapy. Hobbyists and professionals of all levels and ages are welcome, regardless of musical genre.
